Customer service awards

AQA recognises that its employees work hard to achieve high standards in delivering services to customers, whether they are members of the public, teachers and pupils, or other AQA colleagues.

The Exceptional Customer Service Award Scheme allows employees to be recognised when they have provided exceptional customer service.

You, as our customers, are invited to nominate an individual or a team for recognition through this scheme by completing an email nomination form.

We will then review nominations as they come in and recognise exceptional service by our colleagues with a reward.

Criteria

We are passionate about our customer service standards, and will use these as a basis for whether the nomination is supporting our commitment to these standards. We are looking for those individuals and teams who have gone the extra mile to deliver service above and beyond what is normally required in their role.

We are particularly looking to reward staff who have:

  • resolved your query beyond your expectations
  • acted promptly to your requests and queries
  • treated you with respect at all times
  • delivered what they say they will deliver on time
  • improved the service to you based on your feedback.

Frequency

Nominations are invited at any time and in any numbers. We have put a restriction in place that a single colleague can only receive two awards during the business year (April to March) but this should not distract you from nominating anyone you see worthy of this recognition.

We plan to run this scheme for two years initially, but with the option to extend it if successful.
