Candidate Record Forms for coursework and portfolio units

AQA issues Candidate Record Forms for all coursework and portfolio units in its specifications for new qualifications. They serve two purposes:

  • for candidates to authenticate their work;
  • for teachers to record their assessments and supporting information.

Private Candidates

Private Candidates who are studying through an accredited correspondence college (method 2) or studying independently (method 3) should use the Private Candidate Record Form.

Candidates who are studying at the centre of entry (method 1) should complete the standard, subject specific Candidate Record Form listed above.
