The documents below provide entry codes and indicate the availability of GCSE, GCSE in Vocational Subjects, Entry Level, Level 1 and 2, GCE and AEA specifications for all examination series in the academic year 2007–2008. They must be read in conjunction with the Supplementary Guidance for Private Candidates (see above).

The latest version is: version 1.2 published here on 24/10/07.
Changes from the previous version include: Pages 44 and 45: The final re-sit opportunities for GCSE Science (Modular) Specification A Single and Double awards, in January 2008 examination series 1A08, are now available to private candidates. The module tests and coursework components must be carried forward.
Important note: for the externally assesed option of GCSE English B (Mature) it is normally expected that candidates will be accompanied by an appropriate adult when they attend their External Oral Examination. ALL candidates under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an appropriate adult.
