The way to change the text size on a PDF viewer is to use the Zoom Tools or the Zoom in button or Zoom out button toolbar items.
Large text PDF print outs
Some printers let you change the size of the print using the printer's software options, check your printer's user guide or contact your IT support.
All A3 printers can print PDF documents in a larger font size – check your printer's user guide.
Print options
If you don't have an A3 printer you can either:
- In the 'Page Handling' part of the printer dialogue box set
'Page Scaling' to 'Tile large pages' and 'Tile Scale' to '200%'
This will print the page over 6 pages and the font size increases from 12 to 24 point.
OR
- For simple documents or short extracts copy and paste into a Word document then change the font size. You however lose the formatting (see Copy and paste from a PDF)
