Online standardisation

Online standardisation means examiners can be trained on the web instead of in meetings. This brings benefits for examiners and students. It also helps us make savings which

  • are re-invested to improve other services
  • support our charitable aim to do good in education
  • keep our fees as low as possible.

The 2008 conference of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors included a seminar on research into online standardisation by Suzanne Chamberlain and Emma Dawkins of AQA.
