The Background Material and Pre-release Research Tasks for BS03, published here in PDF format, is intended for use by candidates. The Background Material and Pre-release Research Tasks will be repeated within the question paper for use in the examination on Thursday 8 January 2009.

We publish question papers and mark schemes on our website about 9 months after the exams. They are deleted three years later.

Some papers can't be put on the web for copyright reasons – but you can usually buy printed copies for three years after the exams.
