This specification:

• allows students to pursue an interest in an individual science
• offers continuity with the previous AQA specifications
• P3 is delivered in addition to P1 and P2
• P1 + P2 + P3 gives a single GCSE in Physics
• includes 75% external assessment
• includes a straightforward centre-assessed unit (25%).
