• It's an easy-to-use online service that enables you to find answers to questions.
• If you don't readily find the answers you need, you can send us questions via the web for a personal reply.
• A facility for teachers to register for free copies of specifications, updates and support material.

Why should I use it?

• ‘Ask AQA’ is a web-based service available for you to use at your convenience.
• You can see answers, send us a question, request updates and amend your questions on a 'self service' basis: you are in the driving seat.
• This dynamic, interactive system responds to your needs and grows with the information you tell us you require. It is self-organising and intelligent, so that it can pinpoint what you need to know.
• You can register to receive updated answers about matters of interest to you.
