As the most popular of the three English awarding bodies we are committed to promoting quality qualifications and developing new ones that improve access, ensuring learners have the opportunity to develop their potential.
We achieve this by investing in research and development and by engaging with educators seeking their views, issues, and recommendations and working with them to:
- develop qualifications that provide students with the means to develop, and helping lay the foundations for lifetime learning
- provide support services to the teaching profession that are aligned with their needs and are effective and empowering
- undertake market research to inform research and development
- provide a 'voice' for educators to reach educational policy-makers.
