Obtain your centre assessment grades and rankings for the summer 2020 series.
Students may obtain their centre assessment grades (CAGs) and rankings for GCSEs and A-levels once they’ve received their final results.
In the first instance, we recommend you ask your school or college for your centre assessment grades and rankings. They’ll be able to provide this information, along with any supporting evidence used to make those decisions (which AQA does not hold). They may also provide this information faster than AQA, as we can take up to 30 calendar days when dealing with high volumes of requests.

Before you get started
What you need to complete the online form
To submit an online subject access request to AQA for the summer 2020 series, you’ll need to provide all of the following candidate information:
- full name
- date of birth
- email address
- telephone number
- candidate number
- unique candidate identifier (UCI)
- centre number
- name of centre/school/college.
If you cannot provide all of this information, download a Word version of this form and email us less information with proof of identity instead.
Who may apply
Children aged 13 and above may submit a subject access request, although AQA can reserve the right to ask parents to do this where it is in the child’s best interests. Parents and guardians can make a request for children age 12 or under for whom they have parental responsibility. Parents can also act on their child’s behalf if they are over 13 – but only with the child’s permission.
You may submit a subject access request form – summer 2020 series (online or by downloading and emailing to us) from the following dates:
- A-level – on or after 13 August 2020
- GCSE – on or after 20 August 2020.
Please be advised: if you submit a request before the above results dates, we may (by law) extend our delivery date to 40 days from when the results are published.
Free. There is no cost to submit a subject access request.
If you’ve been unable to complete the subject access request form – summer 2020 series online, you may download a Word version and send it to us with proof of identity.
How to prove your identity
A valid form identification is:
- photo driving licence
- passport/travel document
- foreign national identity card
- full birth certificate
Please email us a screenshot, scan or copy of your identity with your application form. Do NOT send originals.
We accept JPEG (.jpeg, .jpg) or PNG (.png) file types. Maximum size is 5MB.
