Access to Enhanced Results Analysis (ERA)

Enhanced Results Analysis (ERA) allows teachers to see how students performed in specific topics, enabling them to tailor lesson plans for the following year and focus teaching where it’s needed most. On top of this, it’s great for creating management reports for senior leadership teams.

You can access it via our secure extranet: e-AQA.

Please note that the service may be slower than usual during periods of high demand, eg results days. If you experience any difficulties, please try again later in the day.

Summer 2019 post-results services

Summer 2019 series post-results services

The last date to apply for summer 2019 review of marking is 19 September 2019. For priority reviews, the deadline is 22 August 2019.

A reminder that grade protection no longer applies to many of our post-results services, including clerical checks and review of marking. This means that students’ marks and subject grades may be confirmed, lowered, or raised as a result, so it’s important for you to know the implications for students involved.

Before requesting any post results service, you must obtain written consent from your student. Please use the student written consent form from JCQ's website, and keep it for six months after the outcome of the enquiry or subsequent appeal. This does not apply to reviews of moderation.

Only private candidates can submit a post-results service request to us directly. More information is available on our post-results webpages.

Summer 2019 certificates

Certificates will arrive at your school or college by 7 November 2019. Please note we cannot issue a certificate for a student without the correct date of birth.

To make sure we have the correct information for your school/college before we send your certificates, please check the ‘Certificate name’ details found on the 'Key information/Centre details' page of e-AQA. If changes are needed, centre administrators can contact us using the link displayed on the page. Please ensure students are entered with their correct legal name and date of birth.

If a student's grade has changed since their certificate was printed, you can get a corrected version for free if you send back the original certificate. For all other changes there's a fee of £43 per student.
