FCSE Languages specification changes

We’ve made a few minor changes to our FCSE Languages (8958, 8968, 8998, 8973) Full Course and Short Course specifications to correct the values that have been assigned for the 'total qualification time' and 'guided learning hours'.
We’ve made the change to meet Ofqual’s condition of recognition for these qualifications. The changes do not affect your teaching of the specification.
