In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed

1	identify at least four sources of careers information, help and support	Student completed work
2	use the sources to identify four appropriate preferred careers	Student completed work
3	produce a report on the requirements of three of the selected careers using the headings: qualifications, training, skills and experience	Student completed work
4	produce a personal careers action plan which includes targets with explanations, action points, review dates and summative review of progress	Student completed work
5	research requirements for entry into further apprenticeship and/or traineeship in a given field and produce a short report on the findings	Student completed work
