4	monitor the ice-cream and be aware of the desired consistency	Summary sheet and/or Photograph(s)
5	add the chosen flavours carefully and prepare the ice-cream	Summary sheet and/or Photograph(s)
6	compare the taste and appearance of at least three different flavours	Summary sheet and/or Student completed work
7	recognise any errors in the ice-cream and attempt to correct these	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to
