1	enter the cafe and put on an apron	Summary sheet

4	greet customers as they arrive and ask them for their order	Summary sheet
5	collect and pass the required items to the customer	Summary sheet
6	use the calculator and add the cost of the items	Summary sheet
7	tell the customer the overall cost	Summary sheet
8	take the money and give correct change	Summary sheet
9	keep the area clean, tidy and hygienic	Summary sheet
