3	explain and demonstrate how to deal with an ineffective cough, ie back blows, abdominal thrusts, alternating until the obstruction is cleared	Summary sheet

5	explain and demonstrate the correct CPR method, ie make sure the chest is fully exposed, compress the centre of the chest at the correct depth, compression rate of 100-120 per minute	Summary sheet
