In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	compile a self assessment including the personal attributes (qualities, skills, awards and qualifications) that suit their choice of vocation	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	as part of a group discussion, reflect on the personal development and progress which has lead to their current placement	Summary sheet
3	identify who to report to, the main duties required of them, and the start and finish times	Student completed work
