In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	budget for and prioritise bill payments	Summary sheet
2	engage with the service including arranging and attending a visit to Rachel House	Summary sheet
3	manage their time well and keep to at least two appointments	Summary sheet
acquired an understanding of
4	how to manage their council tax bill, eg payment options, discounts	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5	at least two skills necessary to manage their own tenancy	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
6	the main types of financial support available to them via the benefits system, including Universal Credit and Housing Benefit	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
7	how their own behaviour and attitude can impact on the security of a tenancy	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
8	how becoming intentionally homeless or being served with a notice can impact on them in the future	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
9	at least two different types of accommodation available to them and the associated levels of support at each type.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
