1	how to use a palm router to make a rebate to hold the clear acrylic and MDF backboard	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to
2	follow given health and safety requirements when dealing with the required tools and materials used for the task	Summary sheet
3	mark out the required pieces of wood accurately to make a mitre, dowel, lap and corner halving joint	Summary sheet
4	produce the four different wood joints required by cutting, chiselling and drilling	Summary sheet
5	glue and clamp the frame together	Summary sheet
6	sand the frame using an orbital sander and sandpaper	Summary sheet
7	varnish or wax the frame to produce a good finish to the wood	Summary sheet
