In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	cut, copy and paste at least three folders and files	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
2	two differences between input and output devices	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	what a computer icon is and recognise the Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel icons	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
demonstrated the ability to
4	copy three folders and files from public shared files and do some basic editing to a document	Summary sheet
5	save a document using six steps to be able to quick save a document	Summary sheet
6	select, cut, copy and paste text from one sentence to another within the same document or to another word document, on at least two occasions	Summary sheet
7	use the undo and redo keys correctly on at least two occasions	Summary sheet
