Before the visit
The trainer's materials will arrive digitally a few days before the event. Trainers may not cover any of the excluded areas (see Exclusions below). Please make sure a suitably equipped room has been set up for the session.
After your in school CPD visit, please complete and return our evaluation form. We value your feedback and use it in the planning of future visits and courses.

In school CPD sessions exclude:
- support sessions for your students
- review of candidates' scripts
- review of moderated coursework, controlled assessment or portfolio work
- marking of or guidance on your candidates' live coursework, portfolio or controlled assessment work.
All CPD training sessions are charged. We send an invoice to your school or college making the booking. If you are not linked to an AQA or DfE registered school or college or are part of a consortia or cluster, please provide a full contact name and address for billing purposes.
All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of invoice, regardless of when the training session is held.
Postponements and cancellations by AQA
AQA reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel in school training sessions but will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. AQA is not responsible for associated costs incurred by a school or college when booking a training session, or arising from cancellation or postponement or from any misunderstanding or inaccuracies arising from the information published by AQA. As a result of postponement by AQA, we will endeavour to re-arrange the visit on an alternative date. As a result of cancellation by AQA, a full refund of the fee will be made.
Delegate booking amendments and cancellations
Please note that if you cancel a booking there will be a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs.
