Ongoing Capita SIMS technical issues

We've been made aware of an ongoing technical issue with Capita SIMS. Schools/colleges are receiving an error when they  attempt to import basedata for the following specifications:

• GCSE English Language (8700)
• A-level Science (7402, 7405, 7408)

This is an issue with Capita SIMS and is affecting multiple awarding organisations.

As only schools/colleges use Capita SIMS we're not a customer of theirs, we can't escalate with them. We recommend contacting Capita if this is affecting you so they understand the scale of the issue.

Update Tuesday 11 August 2020: Capita SIMS have now resolved this error on their website.
