This course will give you:

A detailed look at the extent of changes to the GCSE Computer Science specification.
Guidance on changes to the method of assessment, specifically how we intend to assess programming skills in a written examination.
Guidance on how to successfully translate practical programming skills to our new paper-based assessment.
Approaches to planning and teaching the new specification.
Opportunity to find out about our new and updated resources, including programming challenges that will help prepare students for the programming          assessment.

To provide centres entering students for the new GCSE Computer Science specification with an explanation of the differences between the current (8520) and new (8525) specifications.
