A complete overview of the supervisor's role for supervisors of Projects Level 1 and 2 only, this session considers schedule delivery and the areas in which supervisors may need support and guidance.
This course is for supervisors of Projects Level 1 and 2 level only (this training is not suitable for supervisors of EPQ projects).
This course is for those who need guiding or refreshing on the principles and responsibilities of being a centre supervisor.
