3. taking part in a discussion about the type of financial assistance available from the local authority and/or charity organisations to meet costs of moving on, decoration, rent and other bills	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to 4. identify what is necessary in order to access one of the following: a private rented flat/bedsit, a council tenancy or a housing association flat	Student completed work
5. identify at least four things which should be checked when viewing a property	Student completed work
