demonstrated the ability to

1. fill a stainless jug with milk and insert a thermometer

2. purge the steam wand

3. place the jug under the steam wand

4. turn on the steam and ensure the wand is in the correct position for latte/cappuccino/hot chocolate

5. angle the jug to create a whirlpool

6. turn off the steam at 45 to 50 degrees

7. remove the jug and wipe the steam wand

8. purge the steam wand

9. tamp the jug to get rid of air, swirl and tamp again

10. pour the milk over espresso.
