In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. identify the purpose of having laws in society	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
shown knowledge of 2. at least two implications of having a society without laws	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
3. at least two consequences of breaking laws	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
4. a young person's legal position if stopped and searched by the police.	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
