INTRODUCTION TO USING A LEISURE CENTRE (UNIT 1)

Level: Pre-Entry Level

In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. carry appropriate clothing to the leisure centre to participate in a physical activity, eg trampolining	Summary sheet
2. enter the leisure centre using the correct entrance, with assistance	Summary sheet
3. identify the appropriate changing area	Summary sheet
4. change in the appropriate changing area, with assistance	Summary sheet
5. leave the leisure centre using the designated exit	Summary sheet
experienced 6. travelling to the local leisure centre	Summary sheet
7. taking part in one activity at the leisure centre, eg skittles, trampolining	Summary sheet
8. at least one visit to the local leisure centre.	Summary sheet
