1. locate a given café

2. enter the café appropriately

3. queue appropriately to be served

4. order a chosen drink clearly and politely

5. offer payment and wait for change if necessary

6. locate a table with vacant seating

7. behave in an appropriate manner whilst drinking

8. leave the café in a sensible manner

9. repeat the visit on at least a further three occasions

10. accept support where appropriate during the visits.
