1. use the appropriate kitchen equipment and tools safely, and prepare given dishes

3. work in a safe and hygenic manner whilst preparing the dishes

4. identify, from a range of given spices, at least three spices used in international cookery dishes

5. follow written recipes and verbal instructions to prepare the dishes

6. prepare and cook a range of at least five international dishes

7. present and serve the dishes.
