GCSE Business: updated SAMs for summer 2026 

In July 2024, we announced assessment changes for our GCSE Business (8132) from summer 2026 onwards. We are pleased to let you know that the updated sample assessment materials (SAMs), based on the 2024 papers, are available on our secure extranet, Centre Services.

You can find them by following these steps on Centre Services:

• log into Centre Services
• select ‘Resources’
• select ‘Assessment and training’
• choose ‘Business’ ‘GCSE’
• select ‘Assessment material’ for category
• select ‘Sample assessment materials’ in the resource type field.

These updated sample set 3 SAMs reflect the new approach to 6 mark questions in summer 2026 and can be used in your classroom to help prepare students for the revised assessments. We hope you find them a useful addition to your teaching resources.
