1. prepare rice in the rice cooker adding white wine vinagar and caster sugar

2. prepare the filling, eg avocado and lemon

3. place seaweed on a rolling mat, adding the rice and filling and spreading evenly

4. add smoked salmon

5. roll using the rolling mat and leave for 30 minutes

6. cut into sections.
