MAKING POLYMER CLAY JEWELLERY EARRINGS

In successfully completing this unit, the learner will haveEvidence needed

1. evaluate at least two examples of polymer clay earrings

2. select two colours of polymer clay

3. select the appropriate tools to roll and cut the clay, eg tissue blades, cutters, to make some earrings

4. cut a hole for metal findings if appropriate

5. place the clay on a tray and fire it in an oven

6. sandpaper and polish the clay when it is cool
