In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
shown knowledge of 1. what materials are required to clean an electric oven and what risks they pose	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2. what Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to carry out the task to mitigate the highlighted risks	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
experienced 3. purchasing the materials and PPE from a local shop	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to 4. prepare the area surrounding the cooker and make it safe before starting the task	Summary sheet
5. use the correct PPE to complete the task	Summary sheet
6. clean an electric oven safely and leave it ready for use.	Photograph(s) and/or summary sheet
