demonstrated the ability to

1. collect a cup or mug

2. put one teabag into the cup or mug

3. place the cup under the dispenser

4. push the button on the top of the water dispenser

5. pour the hot water into the cup or mug

6. stir the contents of the mug or cup and remove the teabag

7. add milk as required

8. add sugar as required

9. stir and serve the hot drink.
