demonstrated the ability to

1. locate the correct sized cup for use with the hot drinks machine

2. put the cup on the drip tray so that it is lined up under the two spouts

3. locate and press the appropriate button

4. wait for the machine to finish

5. give the drink to the customer

6. tell staff of at least one health and safety issue involved with using the machine.
