AN INTRODUCTION TO HEDGEHOGS

In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
experienced 1. observing hedgehogs either via setting a trail cam, visiting a zoo or sanctuary or watching footage online	Summary sheet
2. listening to or reading poetry or stories about hedgehogs	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to 3. make a food dish inspired by hedgehogs, eg hedgehog shaped bread or cakes	Student completed work and/or photograph(s)
4. make a model of a hedgehog using their own choice of material, eg clay, cardboard	Student completed work and/or photograph(s)
5. design a piece of art using the hedgehog as the main focus of the piece.	Student completed work and/or photograph(s)
