5. find a puncture in an inner tube and repair it	Summary sheet
6. adjust the brakes, including the reach, pads and callipers	Summary sheet
7. index a rear derailleur using the barrel adjuster	Summary sheet
8. perform a safety check on a bicycle including the air in the tyres, brakes, chain, direction and wheels.	Summary sheet
