demonstrated the ability to

1. turn on the computer and open appropriate desktop publishing software, eg Microsoft Publisher

2. open a 'cap' template, import their image and scale it to the right size

3. rotate the image horizontally so that it is the wrong way round

4. select the appropriate printing properties and then print the image using the correct printer

5. cut out the design and pieces of heat proof tape

6. use the heat proof tape to stick the image onto a cap and check the heat press will fully cover the image

7. turn on the heat press and wait for it to reach the correct temperature

8. when the heat press is ready, pull the handle down onto the cap

9. lift the heat press off the cap when it beeps

10. release the cap by pulling down on the red lever

11. peel off the image and the tape and allow the cap to cool down.
