demonstrated the ability to

1. turn on the mug press and press the 'OK' button

2. turn on the computer and open appropriate desktop publishing software, eg Microsoft Publisher

3. open the 'mug' template, import their image and scale it to the right size

4. rotate the image horizontally so that it is the wrong way round

5. select the appropriate printing properties and then print the image using the correct printer

6. cut out the design and pieces of heat proof tape

7. use the heat proof tape to stick the image onto the mug

8. slide the mug into the mug press when it reaches temperature

9. pull the handle of the heat press towards them to lock it in place

10. carefully remove the mug when the mug press beeps

11. peel off the paper and tape when the mug has cooled down.
