1. describe what a zoetrope is

2. explain how a zoetrope works

3. build a zoetrope

4. draw, by hand, digital means or otherwise, a section of film to place inside a zoetrope

5. place their film inside the zoetrope and test it out, recording their results

6. find a similarity and a difference between the zoetrope and modern day animation.
