1. explain what aquatic means and name at least two of the world’s oceans

2. describe each layer of the ocean and identify at least one species of animal which lives in each layer

3. virtually visit a beach or aquarium, using recorded or live footage to observe an aquatic animal

4. create a poster or model that demonstrates each layer of the ocean.
