demonstrated the ability to

1. draw a family portrait

2. use the picture to introduce their family to someone they do not know or don't know very well, eg new class mate or member of staff

3. answer questions about their picture

4. discuss why they have drawn certain family members next to each other

5. complete a themed family portrait, eg fairy tale characters, plants, animals, items of clothing, weather conditions, food or a book

6. discuss the themed family portrait as they previously discussed their other family portrait.
