In successfully completing this unit, the learner will haveEvidence needed

demonstrated the ability to

1. perform at least five different karate kicks on focus mitts

2. complete a worksheet on the area of the body targeted and two possible injuries caused by the kick

3. pronounce the correct Japanese terminology of the kicks
