In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed

experienced 3. watching an online tutorial video, such as those found on YouTube, to help them with a chosen task, eg setting up a mobile phone	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to 4. use the internet to find two pieces of specific information related to daily life, eg a recipe, information to help plan travel, on at least one occasion	Summary sheet
5. use the help, FAQ section or chat facility of a manufacturers website to fix an issue with a device such as a tablet	Summary sheet
6. use a tutorial video, such as those found on YouTube, to support with completing a task, eg creating a piece of art work, constructing a piece of furniture.	Summary sheet
