ART AND DESIGN: IDENTITY

Level: Level One

In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. research the work of an artist such as Ford Madox Brown – 'The Last of England', Mary Cassatt – 'Mother and Child' or Jan van Eyck – 'The Marriage of the Arnolfini'	Student completed work
2. produce a personal piece of artwork based on family or friends in response to the research	Student completed work
3. produce artwork based on own identity, memories or personal surroundings, eg family photograph album, poster or totem pole	Student completed work
