demonstrated the ability to

1. recognise and select all coins and notes

2. count coins reliably up to £1

3. read and write amounts of money accurately up to £10

4. exchange appropriate amounts of money for items in a shop on at least six separate occasions

5. give appropriate amounts of money in at least five different situations, including using a vending machine to obtain a snack item

6. pay for two meals out, one waitress service and one self service

7. make choices from a menu that are within budget, on both occasions.
