2. identify what is necessary in order to access one of the following: a private rented flat/bedsit, a council tenancy or a housing association flat

3. find out what type of financial assistance may be available from the local authority and/or charity organisations to meet costs of moving in, decoration, rent and other bills

4. identify at least four things which should be checked when viewing a property

5. identify at least four things which should be checked before signing a tenancy agreement

6. identify at least two sources of help, advice and support in finding new accommodation and applying for financial assistance.
