demonstrated the ability to

1. draw a plan of a bird box

2. make a list of materials to be used to construct the bird box

3. cut wood to the appropriate size

4. assemble pre-cut wood using the appropriate tools

5. sand down the wood and prepare a good finish

6. paint or stain the wood

7. check the bird box to ensure it is safe to use

8. work safely in the workshop.
