In successfully completing this unit, the learner will haveEvidence needed

demonstrated the ability to

1. prepare a shopping list of ingredients required to make a snack, eg beans, spaghetti, cheese or scrambled egg on toast

2. purchase all items from the shopping list in a supermarket

4. prepare the snack in an organised and sequential manner

5. prepare the snack with due regard to health and safety

6. wash and dry all the equipment after use and return to the correct place.
